Room had a musty smell. TV was outdated.

Excellant and absolutely perfect location to many food establishments, great pool. Based near all the attractions, and Niagara Falls on the Weekend. Helpful and knowledgeable stuff with quick service, bright queen room. Nice bed, a refrigerator, climate control, and a work desk.

We had family room with free coffee & milk. There were facilities such as climate control, a work desk, and TV.

This place was a total disapointment. Dirty blankets, and an unsafe heater that sounded like a train. I also expected a welcome gift for enduring such chaos, but, no. I almost considered a decent review, but I just couldn't overlook how unkempt everything was. Why would anyone recommend this inn?

Conveniently close to grocery stores and public transport.

The shower handles didn't work well, requiring both the bottom and pipe to be on at the same time. The microwave didn't spin properly, and the TV in the room was completely out of order, quite disappointing.

The place is nice and has favourable location right across from the niagra water tower. The ambience of the hotel is family and the staff is very good and kind. They serve good food, have plenty of options to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return here.

A stay with surprises

The location is convenient, with numerous fast food options and a shopping center nearby. Plus, the breakfast offered a good selection of cereal, toast, and coffee.

The room felt dated, with signs of wear and tear like cracked tiles and flimsy furniture. The shower cleanliness was questionable, and the bed made loud noises.

The staff's friendliness stood out to us. The room we had was spacious, perfect for our family with two small kids. We loved the close proximity to cheap eateries and the short drive to view the Falls.

My kids wished the pool area was cleaner.

The cute staff made my check-in smooth, and I appreciated the clean room and the good breakfast that included hard-boiled eggs and toast. The location is conveniently close to the bus stop for WeGo.

The staff were very nice. The comfortable room was clean, nice for a refreshing shower with amazing water pressure. Free parking is a wonderful added bonus!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, with all the toiletries you need, and a tasty breakfast included. I loved the convenience of parking right in front of my room and relaxing in the cozy outdoor chairs. Plus, it's super close to grocery stores and public transportation.

The location was superb, with attractions like the Niagara Falls and the History Museum just a short distance away. One of the highlights was the very good value for the price I paid. It felt like a solid choice for just a couple of nights. I appreciated having multiple parking options available, which was great given the busy area. Although the room had seen better days, it was sufficient for what I needed during my visit as I was mostly out exploring.

Friendly staff, free parking, but wi-fi was slow and the coffee shop wasn't great.

While the staff were friendly and assisted efficiently, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly in the bathroom area. Ultimately, this place offers basic accommodations but could greatly improve in several areas.
